Happy Labor Day!  At our SF Lakeside office it has actually been a busy summer and we have a lot of optimism about the prospects for the autumn market.  Pres. Rick Turley has a higher vantage point and reports that the market has been slower in some parts of the SF Bay Area.  However, an agent in our office reported a sale with 23 offers that went way over the asking price (sadly, he represented a buyer who did not win the prize but is ready for the next great listing to come along).
